Gaze at the sandy, white beaches of Nungwi and Kendwa (rated top 10 in the world), surrounded by tropical trees, and dotted with resorts and local fishing villages.Your Parasailing Captain will provide safety and flying instructions to ensure you have a fantastic time in the safest way possible.
When it is your turn to parasail, you will be secured in a safety harness. You begin your flight seated on the back platform of the parasailing boat and your harness is attached to the parasail, which is already connected to the hydraulic winch system by a rope. As the boat accelerates, the flight instructor will slowly release the rope and the parasail will gently pull you up. You will feel the parasail boat sliding out from underneath and - WHOOSH - you are up in the air flying!
You are safely and securely attached to the rope allowing you to float in the air and enjoy the thrill of flying and the amazing panoramic views of the island. The flight lasts approximately 10 - 12 minutes. At the end of the flight, the hydraulic winch system will gently reel you back in until you land softly, like a feather, on the boat's platform. The staff will unclip you from the parasail and now you can sit back and enjoy the relaxing boat ride.
